There was shown the higher score of fatigue in female, in smoker, in care givers having bad sleep habit, in those taking care of patient during 2 12 months and at surgical wards. Care givers who were 40?9 years old, bad sleep habit and took care of patients who didn¡¯s need an aid.

The relationship between fatigue and stress was 0.388. The relationship between fatigue and depression was 0.403. The relationship between stress and depression was 0.519.
In regression analysis with excercise, balanced nutrition intake and sleep habit were independent variables of fatigue and explained 15.9% of the model. In regression analysis with income, patient status and sleep habit were independent variables of stress and explained 21.6% of the model. In regression analysis with excercise, sleep habit and the relation with the patient were independent variables of depression and explained 25.7% of the model.
As the above results, factors such exercise, balanced nutrition intake and sleep habit as the areas of intervention were available to reduce fatigue, stress and depression.
Thus psychoeducation and family support including these factors were needed to develop systematically.
